Nick Puschkasch heads the Eastern Region of PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, based in Berlin. He will now manage PAMERA clients' properties in Berlin and the "new" federal states from that office. Puschkasch joins the company from argoneo, where, as a Senior Asset Manager in Berlin, he was mainly responsible for the repositioning and letting of the Neue Kranzler Eck. His other relevant experience includes developing the Asset Management section of the Bauwert Property Group for the Merrill Lynch / Bank of America portfolios.

A graduate in business economics and real estate economics (ebs), he has many years of experience in well-known German companies such as ThyssenKrupp, Münchener Baugesellschaft and the Software AG Foundation.

A graduate in business administration (university of applied sciences) and real estate economics (ebs), he was previously a shareholder and spokesperson of the board at the asset management company CRE Resolution GmbH. Other experience includes ten years in banking at UBS, Deutsche Bank and Eurohypo in the field of institutional real estate.

Maximilian Isenberg was previously part of CRE Resolution GmbH's executive team, where he was responsible for asset management and transaction management. A lawyer by training, he has worked for a number of well-known companies such as DIC Asset AG and the Westdeutsche Immobilienbank Group.

Deutsch spent 13 years with various major companies, including as director of a holding company owned by Deutsche Bank and in different management positions at Jones Lang LaSalle in Germany and the USA, as well as with a project developing company in Berlin.

Between 1997 and joining PAMERA in 2013, Costa advised investors and sellers on leases and transactions totaling more than EUR 1 billion through his own consultancy firm specializing in retail properties. In addition, he provided conceptual, consulting, or brokering services to a large number of Germany-wide projects for specialist store and shopping centers as well as city center retail properties. Between 2006 and 2008, the business administration and real estate management graduate (ebs) was in charge of creating the German asset management platform of Garigal Asset Management GmbH, a company specializing in retail properties.

Hosang comes from SVP Global, where he was Director Asset Management in Frankfurt with responsibility for a portfolio of more than 20 properties with a purchase volume of around EUR 450 million. During that time, he was in charge for, among other things, the sale process of Quartier 207 in Berlin, known for its anchor tenant Galeries Lafayette. Before joining SVP, the fully qualified lawyer was Associate Director at Corpus Sireo Asset Management, a position he took up after leaving De Te Immobilien in 2004. At Corpus Sireo, he managed a team of 15 asset managers at the Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf locations.

A graduate in real estate economics (ebs), he has lived and worked in the USA for over ten years. He brings to the table a high level of expertise in initiating and carrying out investments in real estate in the USA on behalf of German investors.
