PAMERA takes over asset management of Eleven Office Center (EOC)

Munich/Düsseldorf, July 7, 2011 - PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH, a company of the PAMERA Real Estate Group, has been awarded the asset management contract for the Eleven Office Center in Düsseldorf.

The customer and owner of what used to be the head office of Eplus at Parseval-straße 11, which was built in 1996, is a fund company with around 30 shareholders. Located around 1 km from Düsseldorf Airport, the Eleven Office Center has leasable space totaling 22,000 m², of which 50% is currently leased.

The main focus of the mandate will be on signing new leases and repositioning the office property. This will receive support from the partial refurbishment of the building. Alexandra Pase, PAMERA Branch Manager for Region West, has local responsibility for the mandate.
