PAMERA sponsors junior professorship for family offices at WHU

Munich / Vallendar, July 30, 2012 - Starting in August, Munich-based PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH, a PAMERA Real Estate Group company, will sponsor the junior professorship for family offices at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. The junior professorship is the world's first chair dedicated exclusively to research into family offices. It forms part of WHU's INTES Institute of Family Businesses.
 
PAMERA Real Estate Partners, an independent, owner-managed investment and consulting firm specializing in the management of real estate assets for family offices, foundations, and wealthy private investors, will provide active support and input to WHU's research activities in this area. To this end, Christoph Zapp, Managing Director of PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH, will join the junior professorship's advisory board. Zapp is also a shareholder of Zapp AG, a family business in the steel industry with a history of over 300 years, which has a dedicated single family office. He will share his expertise in this area with WHU.

Dr. Carolin Decker, who holds the family offices junior professorship at WHU, is looking forward to the practical support: "In PAMERA Real Estate Partners and Christoph Zapp, we have won tremendous support for our work.
