Frankfurt, 8 August 2011 - Under an asset management mandate, PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has been commissioned by a German industrial conglomerate to sell five properties no longer required for operations.
PAMERA has already found new owners for two industrial properties. One of them is a supply center with 4,000 m2 of usable floor space near Darmstadt, the other a double-story customer and competence center measuring 6,700 m2, which allows development, production, and logistics activities at a single location, in the Nuremberg metropolitan area. The properties were bought by companies based in the respective regions planning to use the newly acquired real estate to expand their operations. The combined volume of the two transactions was around EUR 5.5 million.
For the other properties, PAMERA’s negotiations with prospective buyers have already reached an advanced stage.
