PAMERA lets 1,800 sq m in Neu-Isenburg

Frankfurt / Neu-Isenburg, 20 April 2011 - PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, acting for the owner's representative Feldberg Capital GmbH, has agreed a new lease on 1,800 sq m of office space, in "Officegarden" Neu-Isenburg, to SEIKO Instruments GmbH.

With the new lease, Seiko Instruments is expanding its office space by 300 sq m, confirming the attractiveness of Neu-Isenburg and the "Officegarden".

The office building, at Siemensstrasse 9 in Neu-Isenburg, has a total lettable area of around 9,700 sq m, which is now 78% let.
