PAMERA leases 2,400 sq m in the HMB Bürocenter in Frankfurt to BIMA

Frankfurt, June 28, 2012 - On behalf of Bank Austria Real Invest GmbH, the owner of HMB Bürocenter at Mannheimer Straße 107-109 in Frankfurt, PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has signed a lease for office space measuring 2,400 sq m with the Institute for Federal Real Estate (Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben - BImA). The lease was brokered on the tenant side by Engel & Völkers Commercial.The tenant will move to the new premises from September 2012 onward.

This latest deal means that the 7,800 sq m HMB Bürocenter is now almost fully leased. The current occupancy stands at 93%, and only 540 sq m of office space is still available on the 5th story.

In January 2012, DB Services Südwest GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, had decided to expand its space, which it has occupied since 2010, to 2,300 sq m.
