For the first time, the Stuttgarter Lebensversicherung group has issued a spezialfonds for its own investments. The insurance group announced that the investment volume for the Stuttgarter Immobilien-Spezialfonds (SIS) is to be Euro 150-180mn, financed primarily with the group's own equity. To start, investments are to be made in retail and office properties with volumes of at least Euro 15mn - especially in Germany and metropolitan areas in Europe. According to the announcement, the capital will be split between two portfolios: Pamera Asset Management will be responsible for acquisition and management for property in Germany and GLL Real Estate Partners (Munich) for the rest of Europe. Institutional Investment Partners (Frankfurt) will manage the individualfonds.
