PAMERA finds tenants in Frankfurt and buyer in Kaiserslautern

Frankfurt / Kaiserslautern, 14 September 2011 - PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, acting for the owner?s representative Feldberg Capital GmbH, has agreed a new lease of 1,500 sq m of office space in the ?S30? building in Frankfurt. The new tenants in the office building at Stresemannallee 30, in the Sachsenhausen district of Frankfurt, are AGFW e.V. (?the energy efficiency association for heating, cooling and CHP?) and AGFW Projekt GmbH. The total lettable area of ?S30?, around 9,000 sq m, is now around 82% let.

In Kaiserslautern, acting on instructions from Quadra Kaiserslautern S.à.r.l., PAMERA Asset Management has sold ?Technopark II? (Sauerwiesen 6, 67661 Kaiserlautern) to a private investor. The property comprises two buildings, with a total lettable area of around 6,000 sq m, in Kaiserslautern-Siegelbach. The sale price is subject to confidentiality.
