Nick Puschkasch to head PAMERA's Berlin office

Frankfurt / Berlin, 7 December 2011 - The recently-opened PAMERA Real Estate Group office in the German federal capital is to be headed by Nick Puschkasch (36). Puschkasch joins the company from argoneo, where, as a Senior Asset Manager in Berlin, he was mainly responsible for the repositioning and letting of the Neue Kranzler Eck. He will manage PAMERA clients' properties in Berlin and the »new« federal states from the new office. The PAMERA Real Estate Group opened its office in Berlin's Neue Kranzler Eck in October 2011. The team there also includes Norman Kretzschmar (33), who has a diploma in information science and, as Portfolio Manager, is responsible for developing and expanding database-driven reporting. Kretzschmar previously worked for the TAG subsidiary Polares.
