Immonet.de moves into Spaldingtor in Hamburg's City-Süd

Hamburg, 18 January 2011 - Immonet.de, one of the leading real estate portals in Germany, is moving its corporate headquarters into the Spaldingtor in Hamburg's City-Süd quarter in line with the company's expansion.

The eight-storey building has about 12,200 sq.m of office space, of which the Axel Springer subsidiary will rent about 3,000 sq.m. following its move on May 1st this year, bringing the current occupation rate of the building in Spaldingstrasse 64-68 up to 55%.

The property is owned by a Norwegian real estate fund, managed by Realkapital Partners. Asset and leasing management throughout Germany for the fund real estate assets of Realkapital Partners is handled by strategic partner PAMERA Real Estate Group. The property management of the building is the responsibility of BECKEN Verwaltungs GmbH.
