PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has let 1,700 sq m of office space in the HMB Bürocenter Frankfurt to DB Services Südwest GmbH

Frankfurt, 28. September 2010 - PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, on behalf of the freeholder, Bank Austria Real Invest GmbH, has let 1,700 sq m to DB Services Südwest GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG.

DB Services' 120 staff will start moving in to the HMB building, at Mannheimerstrasse 105-107, on 1 October. The mobility benefits of proximity to Frankfurt Central Station and the flexibility of the space were the deciding factors for closing the lease.

Real estate specialist Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co KG, Frankfurt, acted as agent.
