Frankfurt/Mülheim Ruhr, 26 October 2010 - Alexandra Pase (40) is strengthening the PAMERA Real Estate Group as head of the Region West office of PAMERA Asset Management GmbH. In this role she will mainly be responsible for marketing the properties entrusted to PAMERA.

PAMERA Asset Management GmbH provides transaction-oriented asset management of commercial property and real estate portfolios for institutional investors and banks. Properties in need of revitalisation and/or with vacancy problems are a particular focus of PAMERA Asset Management. Its directors are Lars Borghaus, Gunther R. Deutsch, Maximilian Isenberg and Christoph Wittkop.

In addition to PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, the PAMERA Real Estate Group also includes PAMERA Development GmbH and PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH.

Alexandra Pase's previous role was as head of Business Development Germany at BauGrund Immobilien Management GmbH, Bonn, a subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG Wiesbaden. In the past she has also held various leading positions at well-known real estate firms, including Union Investment Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle, EUREAL and INSTAG.
